This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery timelines, costs, and terms for orders placed on our website: www.graceofficesupplies.com.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada and the Continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to other countries outside North America, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) due to size and weight restrictions on office furniture and bulk paper supplies.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
  • Bulk & Custom Orders: Large furniture installations, custom printing, or bulk corporate orders may require additional processing time. Our team will notify you via email with an estimated shipment date for these items.

You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your order has been handed over to our shipping carriers.


3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

We partner with reliable carriers including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and local freight couriers for large items. Below are our standard shipping tiers:

A. Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

  • Standard Shipping (Ontario & Quebec): 2–5 business days. Free for orders over $75.00 CAD (before taxes). A flat rate of $9.99 CAD applies to orders under $75.00 CAD.
  • Standard Shipping (Rest of Canada): 4–8 business days. Free for orders over $150.00 CAD. A flat rate of $14.99 CAD applies to orders under $150.00 CAD.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days. Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on location.
  • Local Freight (Heavy Items/Furniture): 3–7 business days. Applies to items weighing over 150 lbs (e.g., desks, filing cabinets). Costs vary by destination.

B. Cross-Border Shipping (United States)

  • Standard US Shipping: 5–10 business days. Rates start at $19.99 CAD.
  • Expedited US Shipping: 3–5 business days. Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer delivery windows.


4. Heavy, Bulky, and Oversized Items

Office furniture (such as executive chairs, desks, whiteboards, and large quantities of copy paper) requires specialized handling.

  • Curbside Delivery: Standard shipping for heavy items includes curbside delivery only. The courier will drop the pallet at the curb, driveway, or loading dock of your delivery address.
  • Inside Delivery & Assembly: If you require inside delivery, stairs navigation, or office assembly services, please contact our team at +(1)647 3478899 or fernwy@graceofficesupplies.com prior to placing your order. Additional service fees will apply.

5. Shipment Tracking

When your order leaves our Markham warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from GRACE OFFICE SUPPLIES LTD. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s network.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Canadian Orders: Federal and provincial taxes (HST/GST/PST) will be applied at checkout based on the province of the delivery address.
  • United States Orders: Orders shipped to the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the US government once the shipment reaches the border. GRACE OFFICE SUPPLIES LTD. is not responsible for these charges. All customs fees, duties, and foreign taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Instructions and Signatures

To ensure the security of your office supplies, orders valued over $250.00 CAD, as well as all furniture deliveries, will require a signature upon delivery.

If you or your authorized representative are not available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a door tag with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or where to pick up the package at a local depot. GRACE OFFICE SUPPLIES LTD. is not responsible for any packages left unattended without a signature if you have requested a waiver of signature directly with the carrier.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. GRACE OFFICE SUPPLIES LTD. is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the buyer.

If a package is returned to our facility at 25 Joycedale St, Markham ON due to an incorrect address, an insufficient address, or failure to collect the package from a depot, the customer will be responsible for:

  1. The return shipping costs incurred by our company.
  2. The cost of reshipping the item to the corrected address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please call us immediately at +(1)647 3478899. We will do our best to update it before the package leaves our warehouse.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packing your office products securely. However, accidents can happen during transit.

A. Damaged Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take the following steps:

  1. If possible, refuse the delivery or note “Damaged upon receipt” when signing for it.
  2. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged items inside.
  3. Contact us immediately at fernwy@graceofficesupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and the photographs.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and will arrange a replacement or refund for verified transit damages.

B. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check around your property, porch, building lobby, or with neighbors and office receptionists.
  2. Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark items as delivered prematurely.
  3. If the package is still missing, email us at fernwy@graceofficesupplies.com. We will initiate a formal trace with the courier. Investigation processes can take 5 to 7 business days.

Note: GRACE OFFICE SUPPLIES LTD. cannot be held liable for packages stolen after a verified successful delivery by the carrier.


10. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Our warehouse team moves quickly to dispatch your office essentials. Because of this high efficiency, we can only cancel or modify an order within 30 minutes of it being placed.

To request a cancellation or change, please call +(1)647 3478899 immediately. If your order has already entered the fulfillment or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return process once the package arrives.
